The person above is incorrect. Foot-binding is not an "invention", and it was never done in Japan. Foot-binding is a historical Chinese practice (which is illegal today).
The Japanese created the first known pottery in the world (Jomon).

foot bandage is uniquely Chinese. (said above) modern inventions of Japan is typified in Ajinomoto (seasoning) Yagi- Antenna ,floppy disc (now almost extinct) and many other . unfortunately ,no site in English

Mrs. R--- it was not the Japanese who invented the "kamikaze" method of attack, although they gave it that name and became most famous for using it. An American pilot used it first.

The kamikaze air plane, what a marvelous invention and of course the samurai sword, sushi of course, and bandaging the girls feet to make them walk like they have peed themselves. illegal now so is dive bombing with a kamikaze plane.
