It is true. The Penis does get smaller, but it doesn't shrink like you've lost it forever. Obese people can lose up to 2 inches in the length of their penis because of the way fat will hang down over their pelvic region, and the way that fat builds up on the pubic bone. It is not an optical illusion. Men can get this back if they lose the weight.

the penis doesnt actually shrink but it does tend to lose length because you end up with a fat layer at the base of the penis that covers some of the penis and so it looks shorter.

If a man gets fat it gets pulled back do to less skin (do to it being used for the bigger belly) forcing it to be smaller plus that fat pushes around it too making it look even more smaller. Hope this helped.

no, it is an optical delusion...the fat from the belly covers up the penis and makes it look as though it is shorter that it really is...

It has to do with the GF/W not pulling on it.
The belly is just an optical thing.

Yes, but this usually only happens if obese (not just a few pounds overweight) and it affects it less than an inch.

it looks smaller because the area it is hanging from is not as thin. Shave the area for that 'virtual inch'
