ok i just got a 2g nano today
i dont have itunes downloaded
but i have cds.....
so i pluged my ipod in the com
and it say DO NOT DISSCONNECT
i put a cd in
and im lost!!!
HELP!!!
what do i do im so confused!!!

You need itunes. You can't get the music from your cd to your ipod with out it. Download and install itunes, then follow the directions.

OK. You NEED Itunes. After you have downloaded Itunes, put the CD in, and something will pop up that will help you through it. Then plug in your ipod and then something will pop up to help you through that. Check mark the songs you want on your ipod and go to file, "sync nano." I left out some details about each thing, but i promise you you'll figure it out.

OK. First its not that simple.You have to download itunes first then put the cd in and then press import CD on the right hand corner. If you don't have the disk go to apple.com/itunes/download and you can download it for free.You can also get music from the itunes store.

First:Go to www.itunes.com and download itunes 7.1.0 for free.
Second:Put in the CD and highlight the songs you want and hold it then drag it to LIBRARY
Third:Click on the icon that says my ipod under devices
Fourth:click update
that will put all songs on your ipod
even though it says do not disconnect wait till it is done downloading(it will let you know)you can unplug it
it will not hurt it

first copy the cds into ur library then go on and fill ur ipod. when u stick the cd in it should ask u if you want to import it. say yes.
