Most recent information I could find is from 2004 of the Occupational Outlook Handbook. The median pay for an RN was $52,000. For a medical assistant, $24,000. Same time period. The OOH is good for learning this information as well as what each career does in general.

There is no such thing as an RNA.

I think they are pretty much the same thing.
