Get a dark brown liner with flecks of gold in it, it's subtle but it will really make your eyes stand out and seem greener. I like one by MAC, I think it's called "Buried Treasure." It's one of their Powerpoint Pencils, which stay on practically FOREVER. Here are some reviews for it (it's really well-liked among the makeup-obsessed like myself :) )

It's rated a 4.6/5 (very good for a product with 45+ ratings)...you might have to make a username to view the reviews, but it only takes a second and it's worth it.

Every eye has a different sparkle to it, and green is a pretty eye color. Black can sometimes look harsh, and typically when you are younger black can be used because it makes your eyes stand out, but for a more natural look and to try something new try:

Almay Intense i-color (which you can find at any pharmacy CVS, Walgreens, Brooks) for Green eyes it has a whole series for green eyes, the eyeliner, shadow, and mascara. Which comes with a sage green, pine like colored green and a light purple color. I recommened the "Bring Out" collection

Mary Kay's makeup artist Robert Jones would tell you that the following colors go AWESOME with green eyes: Bronze, Sable (dark brown), Violet, and Plum. Try all of them, you will be surprised at the different effects that you get...and you will like them all as well! Have fun!

being that your skin is fair and you have dark green eyes i think a dark green pencil will do fine for your eyes it will make the color show more most likely it will open up your eye. as you mention above you are using a black eye line which is as well beautiful.

I am very fair and have green eyes....where either a smoky gray or a deep brown. (purple eyeshadow on a smoky eye is a cool look for pale/green girl too)

dark brown. Green is an earth tone and so is brown. I think they would look good together.

brown's eyeliner have that little extra kick that black doesn't have as it only suits the right people... you. Where as black suits everyone.
Go for the browns and even some plums.

You should brobably do black, but if you want some variety, do white occasionally. It also depends on what color of eye shadow u use
