how do you make a magic bracelet?

i've heard of the magic bracelets in a magazine.. supposedly you make it and then make a wish then when it falls off your wish comes true.

how do you make them?

Haha, I had one of those before...I bought it before I knew what it was ><' I'm afraid I don't know how to make them, but they're pretty easy to find in stores...
