I think it would be pretty cool to have a female president, mainly because it would be the first. Other than that, I really don't think gender is part of it.....just depends on the individual. We could have a female president who is just a stupid as dubbya.

Depends on who it is. I would probably vote for Condoleezza over Hillary after reading "condi vs. hillary". It's got some good points in it. I wouldn't ever say a woman or a man would run more efficient. You can't compare people of two different genders especially with possible different influences (ie.southern vs. northern values, etc.). It's really hard to say.

I don't know. The only point of reference I have is Margaret Thatcher. She did a pretty good job over in the UK. So, it's possible.

I assume you want Hilary to win, granted she is smarter then her hubby (not saying much, but still), it depends on what they plan to do with the country.

I believe the village drunk could run the country more efficiently then George Bush. Oh that's right somewhere in Texas there is a village that is missing its drunk, he is currently in the white house.
