either the site is temporarily down (like they are doing construction), or they didn't get enough funding and closed the site permanantly.

Maybe its capacity of players got overloaded. Its max capacity is 1,200 players online, so that maybe the reason you can't open the site. Or maybe the site is under construction to give players some new features to enjoy. I'm playing naruto-arena, too, sometimes I can't also open the site.

I tried going on it and it worked... so maybe they re-opened it or something.
