Yes. They are battle-tested, have the most clutch player in basketball in Acie Law, have strong inside and outside play, and are experienced from last year. The only thing to worry about is their foul trouble. A team this physical might get some refs that are not use to their style and whistle them for a lot of fouls.

Texas A&M gets almost no exposure nationally, I think they are one of the most under appreciated teams in college basketball. Any time they do get exposure, it's because of one guy: Acie Law. That three he hit over Durant to send the game to OT was the definition of clutch. A great guard can lead a team through a tournament. Right now they are a projected 2 seed in a fairly mediocre New Orleans bracket, though a matchup with Florida could be looming on the horizion if they win their first 2 games. I think even if that scenario does play out and they beat Florida (which is possible considering the way Florida is playing right now), they are one of my picks to go to the Final Four. I don't think they can match up with some of the other teams that have a little more power inside than they do. They get Missouri this weekend, while Kansas gets Texas at home. It's unfortunate that they are probably going to lose the Big 12 regular season title, but remember that they beat Kansas AT Kansas, so if Kansas does happen to lose, they would win the title. I think when Acie Law is on his game, A&M stands a good chance against anybody.

No, they have been way too inconsistant and games that they lost, half of them they should win. They have a shot because the have the best and the most winning coach in ncaa history

Personally, i think that a%m is an underrated team. i do not think that they can win the national championship, but they will definitely make the final 4. i think they should be #3 in th polls.

first of all, claury i think you have bob knight coaching the wrong team, he coaches texas tech
second, i think they do have what it takes, they are so strong defensively and have acie law, who is a winner in the clutch...they can make a run for sure, even though they have been more inconsistent of late

they can make the final 8.
I have them ranked No. 11 so we'll see what happens.
They didn't look to clutch in the final minutes against Texas the other night

Proofreading is a beautiful thing. Yes, they are one of 6 or 7 teams that have a legitimate chance.
