The best free website hoster, is Bravehost, it has an inbuilt web site builder, and you can build a good site, within a few hours, and you can maintain, add, retract aspects of your site when you want...it also comes with guestbooks etc: that you can HTML import into your website. All that for free...

Register an account on www.geocities.com. They will provide you with about 5MB of space and they provide some pretty nice free web development tools.

microsoft has luanched office live and its free:

(U wont be charged, but the thing is they want ur credit card info for verification)
