Put it this way, even with both of their smarts combined, every inanimate object on this planet would be smarter than them.
But if I HAD to choose one, I'd say Jessica Simpson is smarter. Britney Spears just has problems...Shaving her head, checking herself in and out of rehab...I mean, come on now...Well, at least she knows the difference between chicken and tuna...
