would u consider the prince of persia games to be hard??...i know this is a vague question but i am an average sort of player and only recently became interested in videogames....are the puzzles really hard?

When I first played the game I just loved it. I have all three of the Prince of Persia and I love each and every single one. No its not too hard nor its easy. If you played advanture/action games before than you should be fine and if you got stuck somewhere, there is always online walk-through guide. I perferred to use that once in a while because sometimes you be running around and don't know what or where to go because its not like Mario where you just kept going straight. But you have to look around and see what connects with what. You will love the game. Go to www.gamespot.com, than click on PS2 or what ever consule you have, than on the game and cheat (walk-through). You not exactly cheating...all you doing is finding which way to go. My friend he bored my game and use the online guide and finished in few days. Since you are a new player in video games, you picked pretty good game. Enjoy and do check that website.

The original (2D) one was really hard, I never came anywhere close to beating it (and you only had one hour real time!). I presume the newer ones are similar.

sometimes,but a lot of times i get stuck.its a very old game from the 1950s.
