Well it pretty much reflects what you intend to do with the computer. Nowadays, it's practically impossible to know EVERYTHING that can be done with a computer.
My suggestion is that you study the principles of an Operating System (like what it does and how it does it and especially how to use it efficiently) and then take on some form of programming language. That will be the real treat; I can't generalise, every language has its rules, but some (I can say this for Visual C, for example) are very powerful and you can do pretty much anything (physically possible, of course) with your computer.

You can start by finding a Community College that offers University Tranfer program. The community college is also easier to get in to. You will need to be there for at least 2 years before you are able to transfer to university.
