how do i install this..i know u take something off and where do i put this i have a emachine d3107 if that helps..thx

This requires working inside your PC, open the case, you will have RAM slots...some will have 2, 4, and more. Take the original RAM out, or if you have a spare slot, just insert the stick into it. Never touch the pins that go into the slot, it must be kept clean. Be sure to insert it the coreect way up, in, and around;) Once it is in, turn your computer on (did I mention it MUST be turned off this whole time??(A)) If it is compatiable with your PC, it will boot fine, you should'nt have any problems....there are no xtra procedures, xcept that you will notice a speed increase, depending on the amount of RAM that you purchased:)

all power off. take cover off and you will see the ram board, just two clips to release, insert new an there you go!
