I have an ATI all in wonder 8500 right now (128MB). I have been looking to upgrade and trying to understand what I need is difficult.
I usually play games, Iike to watch and record TV on my computer and I sometimes play videos from my computer to my tv. I was wondering if some one could suggest me a video card with all these capabilities. I'd prefer to have about 256 MB of ram. Thanks for you help!

But nothing really better then yours using agp. PCI-E slot is needed for a better video card. The other option is to use on of the tv tuner cards and a seperate video card for gaming, like a Radeon X1950 pro agp card.

keep your video card
get a happauge pvr 250
they work great and you get to keep our existing video cards for games
i have a gerforce 7950 gx sli and the happauge pvr 250 in the same system, i can game and watch tv or pvr
