If you mean the Religious Limbo, it's "An afternoon in Limbo"

If it's the name of a place, like a town,or something, it's "An afternoon in Limbo"


If it's like a bar or a club, or something, it's "An afternoon at the Limbo"

well it depends what Limbo is. if limbo is a place like a bar or a building of some sort like a resort or club then it would be an afternoon at the limbo. if it was a location like a beach or a country it would be an afternoon in limbo.
