beardies birdies? i'm able to work out how they get mixed up. 10 to 12 years with perfect care and husbandry. 2 significant issues to maintain existence longer is nutrition plan and uvb. failing to maintain the two ideal "will" (no longer could) yet will shrink the existence of your puppy. another issues that circuitously shrink the existence is what breeding inventory they got here from. any genetic defects and stress. 2 of which you're able to do no longer something approximately that's what that's. yet stress may be decreased with solid nutrition plan and proper care.

I'm being a quasi-parrot here.
As long as you maintain proper husbandry it wouldnt be a suprise for a bearded dragon to live 10-15 years in captivity, oldest one I have heard of was 11 or 12 years old.

10 seems to be the average but with proper care I've heard of some living to 15.

If you feed it right and take care of it, I heard it can live beyond 10 years.
