Can someone please explain as to how I would 'Remove memory card from the phone and insert into the USB memory card adapter and connect to PC viz USB memory card reader (if needed)'
ook the only usb adapter i have for this phone is the one i'd gotten from the essential kit and when i take out the sd card and try to put it in the adapter it doesn't fit..
any other suggestions?

My sister has that phone. Maybe your inserting it the wrong way or you should go to your local store that you purchased it from. but I think you put the USB connector in the wrong spot. It should be in the charger spot. Personally I hate that phone so annoying to control so you should get another phone. But that’s just my opinion.

The usb adapter from the kit connects to the phone "where the charger goes" and the other end to the pc

it doesnt go there it goes were it charges.
