It depends on what that person was using. If it was an instant messenger (ie: AIM, Yahoo IM), you can check the log for any IMs that person did. You have to set that up first though. Any internet related stuff, take a look at the history of what's been accessed during the day. That's on the toolbar if you use IE.

What do you want to see?? Internet history?? Program use History?? Whatever it is, just do a google/yahoo search for a activity logger, they run invisibly in the background, and track the users activites, and the logs are kept for the person who installed it, so they can log in and view the users actvities.
There are many free loggers out there, just do some searching;)

Pc Pandora.........best at keeping track of others and very stealthy too! I use it and love it. Takes snap shots of ur pc at various intervals, logs keystrokes so u can see what was typed in an IM conversation, kind of IOP, but it also logs passwords, including ur own if u have it set up to keep track of all users, I just have it set up to run when someone gains access to my guest account, like a friend or my womans brother! works like a charm!

like the other dude said, it matterds what you want to check on. the internet, yahoo, aim? one the internet yes. just go to the ything on the top left and click it. (it says history)
