k..lets take an example...on some games it says 17+...or 18...for 17..it says u have to be 17 or older to buy this game...how would the person know if your 17..cause dont u get your I.D. when your 18..how would they know if your 17 years of age?

any body can get an i.d. a license you probably have to be 18 but a license and i.d. are two different things

Most people drive by the time they're 16, so most kids get their ID when they're around 15.5, when they can start training to drive.

Not necessarily, in my state (Texas) you can be issued a picture @ 14 yrs., get your "learner's permit" drivers lisence @ 15 yrs., and your Driver's Lisence @ 16yrs.

You can get ID at any age.
