since about sunday, i have not been able to most BBC channals on my freeview box is any one else having problam's

the weather has a lot to do with the free view box and how it acts first thing to go is the tuning I always get trouble with IYV and channel 5 so I just keep rebooting the system and eventually it all comes back and stays.
We also had to have a new arial as the one in loft was about thirty years old and not good enough for the free view box at the moment I have one from currys. It cost £10 and sits on top of television it works perfect and we have a big television. when we can afford it we will have a new roof one.
So take a look at your arial as well it may be an old one and not able to cope with signal.

I don't get channels 3, 4, 5, or much else at that point... in bad weather we might get BBC 1+2 and history, and BBC 3 and thats it. And if we stand near the window we don't get anything... I have no idea why they want us all to go onto freeveiw and then charge us more if it doesn't bloody well work!

some of the channels recently moved chan number. try doing a rescan for channels on the box set-up.

Yes me too I tried ti re install everything then it works fine for about 2 hours then I lose the channels again so hunni you not the only one !!

I'm getting them OK.
The box is probably faulty, if its not the cable. We have had four boxes in one year.

no i have all channels at mo although some channels break up in bad weather
