yes, but only every other monday and if there is a full moon on friday
there have been some reports of ghosts changing their clothes on november 8th, but this is unconfirmed

Ghosts do not change their clothes, that would be weird if they came in new attire everyday. Many people would agree that they appear in the same clothes that they had died in. For instance, if a ghost was shot in the heart, ten when he appeared he would be wearing the same outfit with a blood stain near the heart. Or at least he would be wearing the same outfit.

No. They are seen in the clothes they wore when they died. Logically, if they were to change clothes, they could also therefore shower, apply lipstick or shave and grow into old age!! Ghosts don't operate this way.
I think the movie, Ghost, illustrates this very well.

no, ghosts don't change their clothes. they are usually seen in the clothes they wore when they died or at the time when the traumatic event happened.
