She hasn't published a book in a while, but I know she still defends her books and others against censorship. She is very supportive of intellectual freedom and freedom to read.
I'll be disappointed if she doesn't write more, but I am so thankful for the books she has written, for the entertainment and information.

She still writes children's and adult's novels, although her last book was published in 2002/03.

I have no idea what happened to her but was only talking about her today - what a wonderful writer of tennage fiction - I will never forget Ralph!
