There seems to be some confusion in the wording of your question. Genotype is predetermined Phenotype is a post conception influence of any type. Fetal substance exposure,religion,country,schooling ect.

A person's phenotype is the physical traits of the person, like their characterists. (Hair Color, eye color, etc.) Aside from genetics, that person's characterists can be altered and changed through interactions with the environment.

An example of this is tanning. As you are out and exposed to sunlight, your skin color changes.
