they sell them on ebay, they also have the fish guys headband, the one from hidden mist, basically you can get almost any of the headbands you see in naruto off ebay

you mean WHERE can you get a headband like SASUKE's brother (only one) ITACHI?
go to hot topic, buy a leaf headband, and dig a scratch in the center. though i wouldn't know - i've never bought a headband. i thought that was too obsessive (yeah, like having 114 pictures of neji on my ipod isn't obsessive)
