A creative way to start might be to ask your audience to participate in an imagination exercise (of your choosing); something like "close your eyes and imagine..." or similar to that. Not only would it be appropriate, but it would immediately draw in your audience.
Cheers!! :)

Well there are many different steps to get the mind to imagine, For example if you give a person a sound, smell, or a description they might be able to imagine what you are trying to make them. So I think a cool idea would be to get a CD player set it up at the beginning of your speech so it's ready to go. Go to walmart or even dollar discount places have those cheap ocean background Cd's, first tell them to close there eyes and then tell them to relax and picture them selves on a beach on a warm sunny beautiful day then tell them to imagine the sound of the waves, (then turn the CD on) and tell them to picture them selves alone the gulls crying and just in totally relaxation. Use a calm voice when doing so....set up the scenario for them and then say something like "and then you here someone walking up in the sand and they say your name... your dosing and your eyes are close and you open them and struggle through the sunlight and then realize its......) and then end there and have then use there imaginations now to fill in who it would be..... Tell them to take a few minutes to finish out the story.
Then after go onto your speech about imagination and how it can work this and that... you showed how you can use your imagination to set up a daydream scenario..and showed them how they can use there's to finish it as well.

You need help with your spelling, too.
I can't help you with an intro because I have no idea what you are planning to say. Have you written the body of the speech yet? If so, look for clues in there. The introduction should lead into the body of the speech.

Did you know that the company, Crayola( yes, the makers of crayons) do not believe in the manufacture of distribution of coloring books? They really don't! They don't make them or sell them! They believe in giving a child a piece of paper and a crayon and draw what is in their IMAGINATION! Wow, maybe you should start like that or something... Throw in a fact, right from the start!

If you can, think of someway to captivate your audience related to the speech. Something interesting or that catches them off guard. Don't go too far, though.
