Hopefully the Congressional Hearings coming up will at least in part answer that question. I have heard that 1/3rd of all DOD contracts are no-bid. So I suspect that Haliburton has made a tidy profit.

Unquestionably, billions! Do the research!. What i'd like to know is how the already grotesquely bloated, in body, ego and bank account type executives plan on spending the money. Just how much DO these psychopaths need? Answer: A**ho**s like these are insatiable.
Their consciousness level places them below dungbeetles, in my experience. I've worked with people like these, in the past. They should be "identified and euthanised at birth" for the good of the species :))

Cheney lied to Americans last election regarding his ties to Halliburton. The guy pulls in 200,000 a year in salary from Halliburton while getting George to approve military contracts for him.
Justice is on the way, he will be brought uop on charges.
