Part of that answer depends on the type of body frame you have. I'm 5' 1 1/2" and I found out from my dr that I need to be around 130 and I figured out that it has to do with build of my body frame which is medium. You can find out about your body frame by taking two fingers and wrapping it around your wrist. If they won't go around then that's a large body frame. For medium, they may touch a little bit at the tip of the finger. If it's a small frame they will probably overlap.

You measure the wrist using your little finger and thumb.

Drs will also figure the weight based on body mass index. You can find out more about that at WebMD.

As the other posters said also check with your dr for more info.

when I was 18, (I'm 5'4-3/4") I weighed 125lbs. I was very active and have a med - heavy bone structure. Back then I thought I was fat. Man, was I ever wrong! Depending on your bone structure, you could have a healthy weight anywhere between 115 and 135

Ask your Dr.

Everyone is different depending on a lot of factors such as bone density, muscle mass and other things.

I would say don't worry about weight but concentrate on eating sensibly, drinking plenty of water, getting proper rest and exercising regularly. Then your weight will be appropriate and you will be healthy.

Ask your doctor. Probably somewhere around 130-150.
