Is it safe to rub bengay on my stomach when i have sharp pains?

While I don't recall reading anything specifically about bengay...I'm going to say, no, it's not okay.

More importantly, what are the sharp pains from? The baby? Sharp pains in your belly could mean that something is wrong. if it's not from the baby & you're sure everything is fine--I'd just take some tylenol.

it's the safest bet.

Ask your OBGYN the next time you go in to be sure.

Bengay is excellent and you can rub it anywhere.
