Shikamaru, because he's intelligent, he doesn't have great techniques like that of Naruto or Sasuke, Rasenggan and Chidori but he contributes a lot. He always say, that situations are always troublesome to him but he manages to do them. ^_^ hihi.. His character is like that of someone who's bright pero lazy, and yet he manages just the same. One more thing, the grown up Shikamaru looks nice in the Naruto Shippuden series. :D
Naruto's character is also nice, he wins fights spontaneously, that's why he was titled, "most unpredictable ninja" and most people underestimate him but he manages just the same.
