The color of your dress should always bring out your eyes so you can wear a dress the same color as your eyes or follo my instuctions
Wearing a lilac color dress brings out brown eyes.
Wearing a soft green or minty green brings out hazel eyes.
Wearing a dark blue dress brings out green eyes.
Wearing a light blue dress brings out blue eyes.
If you have pink cheeks or your face is really pink, avoid pastels, like sot yellow, soft orange, soft pink, and peach. You want to stick with cool colors.
If your dress is a sweet heart make your hair into a bun.
If your dress is stapless wear your hair down.
If you are wearing a halter make your hair in an elegant pony tail.
If you are wearing a speghetti strap wear a your hair up.

Pale pink is really in this year. But you have to consider your skin color, eye color and hair shade when choosing a color for your prom dress or any dress.

Red if you have dark hair and eyes. I am like this and I look great in red. Also lavender lilac color looks good with brown eyes. Your own eye color is also great. Plum I have thought always brought out green eyes. Or dark navy. For hazel eyes I would say a forest green or dark green. For blue eyes I would say light blue or maybe light pink, you know baby blue and pink. It really all depends on your skin tone and hair color and everything.

If it's your Senior Prom, then wear pink or red. If it's your Junior Prom, wear blue or green.

Depends on your skin tone. If you have lighter skin go with some bright colors like pink. If you have darker skin go with something like red or more neutral. I hope this helps.

Go with your eye color or a complimentary color to your eyes and tell your date what color you are wearing and ask him to coordinate with you... you'll be lovely....
