which did you think is best? I think both are amazing! But it seems that Ad-aware personal SE removes only spyware and ccleaner can do a lot of things, other than just clean junk both are really great. I don't want to have both installed on my computer so I'm not sure which to keep. What do you guys think?

Spy Sweeper is the best, but out of those two, Ad-Aware it better.

they do very different things. ad-aware removes spyware etc and ccleaner cleans temporary files and your registry too. Keep both installed they take up very little space and they dont confilct with each other or slow the system.

ad-aware and cclean do different jobs as you say ad-aware only removes spyware/adware but cclean is only a junk/temporary file and registry cleaner and doesn't remove spyware/adware so you should keep both installed between them they don't take up much room on you hard disk

I in many situations have the two Spybot & advert-conscious on my gadget, provided that each and each application will often hit upon some secret agent ware that the different one won't. in spite of the incontrovertible fact that, Spybot DOES have an lively protection technique which is going to quit you from getting contaminated, on the same time as advert-conscious does no longer (a minimum of no longer interior the final version I used). We use Spysweeper at paintings which a lot into reminiscence to actively safeguard your gadget.
