we were playing in the middle of the game he booted me and it counted as aloss for me how is this possible

Its just a cheap glitch in the system people like to exploit when they are losing. I wouldnt worry about it unless it happens frequently, in which case, contact the site admin.

It is possible as it just happened to me and it is not the first time, there is no boot button so it has to be some kind of cheat/hack

Where were you playing. This may be how some do to kep thier ratings up. When I play on pogo I have not been booted.
