I think what's most irresistable in a woman is her scent.
Sure men have sexual desires about physical attributes, but nothing singles out a woman more than her scent. The sense of smell has the strongest memory so when a person thinks about or remembers a girl they are attracted to (assuming they were within range), one usually remembers her scent.

Inner & outer beauty.
Personality.
Intelligence.
Sex appeal & sex drive.
Experience.
Self-confidence.
Ability to love & be loved.
Warmth.
Compassion.
Generosity.
Emotionally availability.
Open-mindedness.
Etc.
It`s nice to have a bit of everything and it goes both ways too.
What men like about women is what we like about men too, don`t you agree?
But if I had to name ONE single thing that men find irresistible in women, it would have to be outer beauty because men are visual creatures first and foremost so if you happen to be ugly on the outside, you`re likely to remain alone for a long long time, I`m sorry to say.
Or with another ugly duckling who cannot find anything better because of his own shortcomings.
