Why do some players wear stickers on the back of their helmets? Does the sticker have value or what? and how do they earn a sticker?

the stickers are the good things they have accomplished many teams have them to prolly show the good things and if your helmet is full NFL teams would love that person to be on their team

Its just a fashion thing. They just buy the stickers and put it on theyre helmet. Its not a value thing.

they are for making exceptionally good plays as deemed by thier coaches

It's for touchdowns, (QB, RB, WR, ect..) Or Sacks (DT, DE, LB, etc.) It also glares at the opponent. (Fear if he's THAT good.)
