Check your resolution. The higher the resolution, the smaller things will appear. Most people use 1024x768 or higher.

to do this:
Right click on desktop
Choose properties
Click the settings tab on top
Slide resolution slider to the right, increasing resolution

Your screen resolution could be down. To fix this, right-click on the desktop - select properties - click the settings tab - and move the screen resolution bar to the side that says More. Most people have their resolution at 1024x768.
If the letters seem big, the font size could be up, Right-click the desktop - select properties - and click the appearance tab. The last box is Font Size. It should be set to normal.

Go to your desktop on your computer. That's where your computer goes when you first turn it on, with all of the icons and everything. Right-click your desktop, and then click on Properties. Go to the Settings tab, and where it says Screen Resolution, adjust it until you get the size of the screen that you want. When you have the right size, click Apply, then OK.

Try restarting the computer and make sure that the screen resolution is at least 800 x 600 pixels.

Depends - If you are on the Internet you have most likely Zoomed in. Hold down Control and scroll with the mouse wheel to zoom in and out.

If you are using the pc and the view is to large increase your resolution settings.
