Check your temperature thermostat setting in the refrigerator and check to see that nothing is blocking the airflow from the ventilator or the humidity tube that it is not plugged. Food in refrig should be 40 degrees or cooler.

Before you go and spend money, you might want to get someone to help and pull it out from the wall and give the cooling racks a good cleaning. They are located under neath and on the back side and get loaded down with dust lint and this makes it hard to cool. if it's a side by side there is a circulating fan on the inside of the deep freezer that you should never block off by putting in too much food, sometimes you can just have too much food around the cooling fan inlets and outlets, there should be a information with your owners papers if you still have them from when you first bought it.
