What is the difference to you putting a cross on your desk and the Jew putting a picture of his wife on his desk and the catholic putting a picture of the pope on his desk? People are being too over critical these days. It is your desk and it is your own personal space and beliefs. They must respect you and not only you respect them and their wishes and beliefs. Go for it!

The cross should be in your heart and soul so that all can see it clearly. If you feel that you need to put Love under a spotlight with a mirrored ball overhead, that would be almost wrong. It could be disturbing.
How many crosses did people buy this year and how many hungry people are in the world. For every shiny coin that a preacher pleads for is a hungry person that would accept a fish.
To eat.
It can be offensive or just rude to be too extreme about almost anything.
Ask them if the thing offends them , if yes, put it in the drawer if no, ask them about the spotlight and disco ball.

No, it's just wrong to put a cross on THEIR desk. BTW, as far as non-Christians are concerned, Catholics are Christian, i.e. you all believe in God.

There is nothing wrong with having a cross on your desk. You have a right to worship whomever you want and since you worship the one and true living GOD, be a witness on your job to the goodness of Jesus!!!!!!!

You have every right to but if I worked with you, don't get offended if I put a Buddha statue on my desk.

If it is your desk, I can not see why it would be offensive to anyone. As long as you are not trying to place it upon their desk. God bless****
