I have MSN Live Messenger, but when I try signing in, from any computer, it comes up with a box and says "troubleshoot" "close" "help". And an error code, which I have tried everything on the support website to fix, but nothing works.
Please Help Me!

its a common fault and nothing to do with the wrong version of messenger. Try option 17 here
