You need to see your doctor and start thinking about whether you will have your baby privately or publicly. I guess when you are ready and comfortable you will tell family and friends.
A good book to read. At first I bought "Up the Duff" by Kaz Cooke and then at the end of my first trimester "What to expect when you are expecting". Both books were a great read. "Up the Duff" was a week by week guide about what was going on and was quite funny at times. "What to expect ..." was a month by month guide about what was happening. Both were extremely handy at all times.
Relax! There isn't much at the moment that you need. Just make sure you're drinking plenty of water and eating healthy foods. By now you should be taking a pregnancy supplement like "Elevit" and if your supplement isn't high enough in Folic Acid you should be taking that as well. Folic Acid is helpful with preventing spina bifida and other neural tube defects.

You need to go to Planned Parenthood and make some tough decisions about the pregnancy. Is the father going to support you and the child?
If you are going to have the child then you need to address how you can support the baby. If you cannot support the child then you might as well prepare yourself for an adoption proceeding. It's tough but you are very young and you may not be up to raising a child, although others have done so.

First of all, do you have family or someone who can be there for you? I am a single parent, alot older than you but just the same, it can be hard. You need a support system.
Second, you need to get on prenatal vitamins and see a doctor. Then make sure you eat lots of fruits and veggies and lean protein like chicken and fish.
those are just a few suggestions to get you started, sorry i couldn't be more help but if you post further details, maybe i can help you more. Take care of yourself and be encouraged, nothing is more beautiful, challenging or fulfilling than motherhood.

clothing
diapers
wipes
breast pads if you are or aren;t breastfeeding
formula if you choose to feed that way
recieving blankets
car seat
baby tylonol
stroller
crib
if you plan on breastfeeding i would get some lanolin it helps sooth your chapped breasts for the first few weeks and a couple bras nursing if you plan on it and either way i would get some that are like sports bras they are like 6 bucks at walmart but your boobs will be changing alot for the first bit plus you don't want your good bras covered in milk and you won't have any idea what size you will be afterwards i'd say to buy them a cup size bigger then you are at the end of your pregnancy
and you'll probably want a bouncy chair, (my son lived in his)
high chair, exosaucer, (swing?? i never used mine ) but you can get these things after your baby won't need these right away just you

You need to eat good, you need to have prenatal vitamins, lots of water, exercise 1/2 hour every day, 6 small meals a day and maternity clothes. A couple of good books from the library about babies, names and what to expect when you are expecting and you should be good! Oh and stay away from soda, caffeine, smokes, drugs, radiation (x-rays) and sex. Congrats and Good Luck!

I'd start buying diapers now. Things like a rear facing car seat and crib, which can be expensive. Onesies (undershirts) unisex clothing. If you think your going to use bottles I'd start getting them and formula now as well...watch experation dates so that it will last untill baby is here and needs it.
17 is young to be having a baby, I hope that your parents know and are supportive. This is going to be the hardest thing you ever do.

Go see an ob-gyn doctor, he or she will tell you what you need to do during your pregnancy. Tell your Mom and Dad and especially the guy who got you pregnant, about your condition.
Try to avoid having sex until you get married.
