How come some of my packages were delivered by UPS even though they had USPS label?

Someone misappropriated a USPS box and used it for UPS. Its a very common situation but technically a crime. Its much more likely that you'd see the opposite or you might see your Letter Carrier delivering DHL parcels since we handle their overflow.
