Where do I report underage users?

Users must be at least 14 to join. According to the TOS, if a user is under 18 and misrepresenting their age, the account may be deleted. If you have sighted a user under 14 years of age on MySpace.com, please contact us with the URL (http://collect.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=misc.contactInput&primarySubject=2&secondarySubject=10)
or friend ID number and we will remove it.

If you are trying to remove your own child's account, please work with your child to remove the account. Once you are logged into MySpace.com, click on 'Account Settings' and then click on 'Cancel Account'. An email will be sent to the email address (the same one used as the login name) to verify Account Deletion.

If you do not receive the confirmation email, please remove all content from your child's profile, and enter in the text 'Remove Profile' in the 'About Me'. This lets us know that you have taken control of your child's account. Please alert us with the URL
(http://collect.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=misc.contactInput&primarySubject=2&secondarySubject=10)
to the profile in question, and we can remove the profile for you.

I find this on MySpace help section, It may help you.

Report it to myspace. It will take a couple of days but it will go away. I did that because the girl was 12 years old and had some older, funny male "friends" and her profile was suggestive. Otherwise I wouldn't have cared too much.

And the age allowed on MySpace is 14 years old. You can't register with anything younger.

you can't really unless you have their password. in the myspace FAQ though:

"How do I remove my child's profile from MySpace.com?

Please work with your child to remove the account.

Please alert us with the URL to the profile in question, and we can remove the profile for you.

The internet can be a fun place for younger users as long as they are safe. We have an entire section dedicated to Safety Tips for parents (and our userbase!) to peruse. Please check them out"

and you can also block the website in your internet settings.

Unless you have her password and logon as her, then no, you're not able to delete it.

You can, however, send an email to "Tom" he's the person who created and owns the website telling him she's underage, and he will delete the account for you.

Just logon to "myspace.com" and Tom's information is available for you to contact him.

Don't hate on your little sis!! Just set some serious rules with her...Monitor her usage and let her know if you see anything convo or out of pocket usage you'll shut her right on down, even if it involves getting your parents involved...

Good Luck!
