Something is wrong with my nose, I'm not sure if its a zit or what. But its really annoying, and it gets red right under my nostril. Its in my right nostril...please help!

That's happened to me a couple of times. It's so painful! Wash it out with a saline nasal RINSE (not a spray) A full warm water saline rinse goes in one nostril and out the other. It draws out all the gunk and shrinks the inflamed tissue (like swimming in the ocean).
The buffered salt doesn't 'sting' as much as plain salt water. You can use a new method like Nasopure, or the vintage, Netipot. The special bottle and salt is about $20.
You can do this a often as you like with no bad side effects.
You don’t need a prescription for this therapy. So if you live in a state like mine, they’ve pretty much “outlawed” sudafed medicine. Drug-free is really the way to go on a frequent-use basis.

well yea you kinda can! Most girls get it before they start their period. It can be very painful. Just apply heat(a hot washcloth) to it and try to pop it. I know it sounds gross but it is better then going around with pain, and embarrasment. It could also be an infection. Ask your doctor to take a quick look and check it out. I know that I get them, and the best thing to do is to treat it like a stubborn zit. Good Luck!
Oh... It could also be from picking your nose to much(a problem with little kids) lol

That is a zit, I have one on my nose too. Don't worry about
zits, acne, or whatever you want to call them. Everyone gets
them, even celebrities, its normal.

you can have zits anywhere
wash your face and PAT dry then take witch hazel and put it on cotton and dab the zit with it and let it air dry
really helps me

Of course you can, anywhere that your body has pores, that can be clogged with dirt and oils, you will get zits....

absolutely! any part of body can have zits except i imagine palms /bottom of feet
