The doors are closed tightly and the Door adjar light comes on. The locks lock and unlock automatically and the windows go up and down by themselves constantly. I checked fuses, but I read they have breakers too that I can not locate.

I would have to say it sounds like a module of some sort failed or failing. It wouldn't be a fuse or breaker; those are designed to blow or trip, respectively, when a circuit is overloaded. You don't have that; you have circuits working when they're not supposed to, which is what the module controls. It could be the body control module, which typically controls about everything on a car except the engine fuel injection, ignition, and transmission shifting, or it could be a smaller, dedicated module. Vehicles have more and more modules now, with newer ones having a module just for one window motor or one window lock, as an example. You don't say if it's all the locks and windows or if the problem affects just one door.

In any case, I'd say you're looking at bringing this problem to either a dealer or an independent shop sharp with diagnostics. I'd look on iATN.org for a list of an independent shop in your area; they're often better at solving difficult problems than the dealer!

It definitely sounds like you have a body control module going haywire here. Take the truck to an authorized Chevy dealer. They have the proper scan tools to check what your body control module is doing and whether you have a problem with it. If you go to an aftermarket shop to try to "save money" you will only wind up spending more money later. A Chevy dealer will diagnose the problem right the first time and you will spend less money in the long run with a problem like this. Aftermarket shops just don't have the scan tools to read the body control module operation outputs.

check the doors for where the sensor is, most time's it will also turn on and off the dome lights.

you should be able to adjust it, or make sure it is moving freely as it is suppost to.

If that does not help the door adjar light go off, you can take electrical tape and tape a dime or little peice of plastic or anything on the opposite side that strikes that door adjar/dome light nobbie thing...
