how many people act retarded when they are drunk?

I have this one friend who really likes to get tipsy. HE doesn't really drink that much and he walks in straight lines and all that stuff but when he drinks he just acts a complete monkey. it's a real pain in the *** cuz it makes work for me to keep him out of trouble. Last weekend we were out at like 10pm and we had a little to drink, not much, and i ended up spending more time babysitting than anything. He tries to hit on hookers, almost got in a fight with a couple of monster transexuals, and walked into an intersection against the red hand sign and stood there holding his hands up to signal stop to the cabdriver trying to drive through. How many people act so stupid even when they aren't that drunk?

someitmes i do because i can always use the excuse that i was drunk. but i usually act normal.
