Not sure about Florida, but most states have a job listing page on the state department of education website. Also, just pick the counties you're interesting in working in, and go to their county board of education website...I'm sure there are instructions about applying for jobs.

This is the official Florida Dept. of Education web site, and it's a starting point. It would be easier if you knew the city/county you want to be in, but this is a great place to start.
