Yes. I also smell the stench of cowardly Democrats who never tell the truth so they do not have to suppress it. I am not a fan of either party. I always try to vote for the best man or woman but at times it is very difficult because the choices are usually "you are damned if you do, and you are damned if you don't". Rarely do I find a candidate who will satisfy at least 75% of my aspirations. American politics (all politics for that matter) is a very dirty business. If the person elected to office is a honest man or woman who wants to do good for the nation he/she soon becomes contaminated with the office's power and party politics and then becomes useless to his/her constituents.
