I can go longer when the head isn't touched...

I find that choking your chicken does the opposite! It takes away some of the raw hunger you have before you enter the chum bucket. When / if you do ever get some just relax and remember your self given training young grasshopper.
But my wish for you is that you wait until marriage.

No, masturbation will not cause premature ejaculation. Over excitement, and lack of experience usually causes this peoblem.

masturbation is part of growing up,you can have to much and it can effect married life,some books say it can cause early ejaculation in tense situations

unfortunately premature ejaculation is a learned behaviour...
you see...when we learn how to masturbate...we want to do it more and more and we want to do it faster and faster to get to the good spot (plus we don't want our moms catching us in the act either)...well, that leads to hurry up and get it over with...
try thinking of everyone in your sixth grade class row by row name by name ET cetera (unless you are in the 4th grade) and try to use a diversionary technique...

Be patience....when you have sex...but masturbation is not related with this.!when you start to have sex with your wife continuesly you will learn how to control pre mature ejaculation.

Iam sorry .but iam 19 and yes it can cause that my advice 3 times a week is enough .
note:if u r so horney once daily is enough and try to be busy with other stuff so u wouldnt think alot in this subject
