The answer is perhaps, but you are setting yourself up for a federal warrant for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution if you do. In addition, when you arrive in Germany, your personal information will be entered into the various government databases. Eventually, the German police will realize that you are wanted on a felony charge in the US, and you can be arrested in Germany and returned to the US.

I would suggest that you obtain the services of a lawyer and then make arrangements to surrender. Hopefully, you can obtain bail. The chances of the authorities allowing you to leave the US while on bail is very slim, however. At the minimum, you will probably be required to surrender your passport.

If you want to take up the job offer in Germany, the ultimate answer is that you need an attorney who can resolve the felony criminal matters here. For a referral to an attorney, consult your local or state bar association.

Chances aren't that high that you will get caught leaving, but you will get busted for sure trying to re enter. Then you have a whole new felony 3. For such a minor thing I would take care of it. Guess it depends on why you were fleeing in the first place. If you have multiple charges and think your only chance of freedom is in another country....But trying to get residential status in Germany will depend on your record here.

certain, you'd be arrested. Heck you'll maximum likely be arrested earlier boarding a airplane, or utilising for the length of the border. both way they examine, and the police will arrest you.

You can, but if you get caught then you will be trying to flee the country and your sentence will be longer. You could chance it, or just pay up to the crime and get the warrant taken care of.

you can try, but they'll probably check out your background for a passport, if you don't have one already, and then they'll find out and you'll be in trouble.

Please take this as a vote for Phil R's response. As a fellow lawyer, I couldn't have said it better.
