NO. Because, even though you don't say what size of tank you have, I'm guessing that it is already too small for just your shubunkins. For 3 shubunkins, you need at least a 30 gallon tank, right now, and that's going to increase to a 90 gallon tank by the time they reach adulthood. The more knowledge you have about keeping large goldfish, the happier and healthier they will be and that will make you happier too! Good luck!

EDIT: In researching Aquascape aquariums, I'm only seeing tall, hex shapes. Is this what you have? Tall aquariums are not the best for goldfish because of their high level of waste. Goldies really need the larger water surface that a long, rectangular tank provides. Yeah, I know it's boring and normal and the hex looks cooler, but rectangular works better for goldfish.

According to the other question you asked- you only have a 20 gallon. That is too small for the fish you have already. The fish you have also prefer water a little cooler then algae eaters. It doesn't seem like a big deal to us but remember these are cold blooded animals. Water temp. is really important.

Goldfish also need a lot of vegetation in their diet. They will suck on the algae on plants and the walls. You don't want something eating it all. You should give them shelled peas every couple of days.

Add intrest to your tank by adding beautiful driftwood or plants. Check out some aquascaping websites for inspiration.

I wouldn't you don't need a sucker fish. They have a nasty habbit of eating the slime coat of other tank mates when they get hungry at night. I have lost goldfish to plecos before. Besides the green stuff is good, keeps the water stable.
